For Realtor Jennifer Gregory, I created and produced a television-style 30-second commercial designed to give viewers the experience of house hunting alongside a trusted real estate professional. The commercial featured Jennifer Gregory driving through residential neighborhoods while narrating her background, expertise, and commitment to helping clients find the perfect home.

Production included filming from a moving vehicle using a dynamic single-camera setup to capture authentic neighborhood views and lifestyle imagery. The commercial was filmed across six different locations and structured into three distinct visual segments, each approximately 6–8 seconds in length. Custom motion graphics, visual effects, and content compositing were incorporated to enhance the storytelling and brand presentation. More than five hours of post-production editing were dedicated to audio synchronization, color correction, sound mastering, and final rendering, resulting in a polished, broadcast-quality commercial with a final runtime of approximately 30 seconds.
